A revision is ANY change in either text or illustration that the 'Author' requests. Since it requires additional work by the illustrator, it is therefore charged the same price as an original.
A Revision may or may not require an entire re-do of an illustration. The fee remains the same in either case, as the re-sizing, color match, and other requirements will all consume the same amount of time and effort.
